The Process

Working together is designed to be straightforward, collaborative, and tailored to your event’s needs. From our first conversation to the final details, each step is structured to provide clarity, guidance, and support where it matters most. My goal is to make the planning process organized, intentional, and manageable—so you can focus on your vision while I handle the behind-the-scenes details.

Here’s a step-by-step look at how we work together from start to finish:

1 — Inquiry

  • You submit a detailed inquiry so I can understand your needs and the type of support that will be most helpful.

2 — Discovery Call

  • We have a conversation about your event, your planning progress, and your goals, to explore how I can best support you.

3 — Scope Review

  • If we’re aligned, I outline a clear scope of work and next steps for your review.

4 — Planning Partnership

  • Once we agree to work together, we confirm our partnership, align on priorities, and establish the approach that will guide your event planning.

5 — Proposal & Agreement

  • I send a detailed proposal for your review. Together, we make any necessary adjustments until it works for both of us. Once we’re aligned, I provide a service agreement and statement of work for review. After mutual agreement, the first deposit is submitted to confirm our partnership.

6 — Execution

  • I step in to manage the agreed-upon details, keeping everything moving clearly, calmly, and efficiently.

7 — Steady Progress

  • Through virtual sessions and behind-the-scenes coordination, we maintain momentum, refine details, and ensure the plan stays on track.

8 — Completion

  • The project concludes with all tasks wrapped up cleanly—no loose ends.

9 — Follow-Up

  • After the event, a debrief meeting is held to review outcomes, gather feedback, and capture insights for future planning.

10 — Event Documentation

  • At the conclusion of the project, I provide a complete set of electronic copies of all finalized event documents. This ensures you have a clear record of timelines, vendor details, and planning notes for future reference or upcoming events.
